HAWLEY, Minn. — The Spring Prairie Hutterite colony near Hawley recently secured an interim use permit for a project that will replace much of the colony's existing housing and infrastructure.The permit comes in the wake of action taken by the Clay County Commission earlier this year, when they approved a request from the colony to make "intentional communities" a permitted use in agricultural general zoning districts.
